Bundus Begalkeit (ブンドゥス・ベガルケイト, Bundusu Begarukeito) is a supporting antagonist in Gachiakuta. He is a member of the Raiders front line.
Appearance[]
Bundus is a extremely tall and muscular middle-aged man with short white hair accompained by a moustache, beard and olive green eyes. He wears a tan-colored Stetson style hat, alongside a coat with purple patches inside and long sleeves, as well a brown belt, baggy olive green pants and a prosthetic object in the place of his left arm tied with yellow ribbons.

Bundus describes himself as an individualist but he’s very friendly, casually chatting with Brot before fighting but doesn’t lose sight of his objectives and speaks his thoughts very frankly, he like other members of the Raiders is loyal to Zodyl, following his directives as well as holding some deal of respect towards him.

Not much is known about Bundus’s past other than the fact that at some point in the last his prosthetic turned into a vital instrument and he was able to increase the number of limbs as time passed
Plot[]
Trash Storm Arc[]
In accordance with Zodyl’s plan, after warping the Cleaners inside of a Trash beast and separating them via a trash stream, Cthoni creates manholes to warp Jabber, Noerde, Bundus and Fu to eliminate and turn the janitors to offerings for the aberrant beast, Bundus is sent to fight Bro and Dear Santa.[4]
Bundus encounters Brot and Dia
when he first meets Bro and Dia, Bro asks if they’re underground which Bundus confirms, encouraging him to a choker to see it for himself,[5] Bundus decides to casually chat with Bro asking about Dia much to Bro’s irritation, questioning Bundus on his motives not sensing any hostility towards him who replies introducing himself and affirming that he indeed doesn’t have any hostility at the moment stating that while he’s here on Zodyl’s orders he has a personal motive which will require him to defeat the two to obtain, revealing his goal to being information on the boss of the Cleaners, Arkha Corvus[6] to Bro’s dismay replying that he won’t give him any info that can be used against the Cleaners but Bundus reassures him that it’s solely out of his individual curiosity and inquisitive mind saying that the info won’t actually go to the vandals, Brot accepts the terms in exchange, to Bro’s confusion the question he asks are very mundane, Bundus then informs Brot that the vandals had managed to create Trash beasts and that the vandals were planning on giving the janitors to them as offering once they were defeated, explaining that he deserved to know this information in exchange for what he told him about their boss, Bundus then claims that Corvus has a secret identity he keeps hidden even from the Cleaners.[7]
Bundus question’s Brot about Arkha Corvus
The ground starts to shake soon after, Bundus explains that it’s because they’re inside of an Trash Beast themselves which surprises Bro,[8] both Bro and Dia get ready to fight to Bundus’s excitement not being surprised as the Cleamers are always ready to fight Trash beasts, Bro asks why they’re able to breathe normally despite being inside of an aberrant beast, Bundus speculates that it’s because the one they’re in is unique wishing he knew the answer, Bro ties up Dia and launches him towards the wall, Bundus thinks it’s to break through the wall but surprised that it has no affect, Bro uses his Cloth to tie him up and explains that Dia’s Vital Instrument works by him attacking the opponent, sucking up their energy to make himself stronger eventually sucking up enough power to punch through, Bundus is amused by this revelation and activates his Vital Instrument claiming that he’ll stop his growth himself.[9]
Bundus caught by Brot’s jinki
he breaks himself out of Bro’s Vital Instrument stating that he’ll stop them from doing anything to the Trash Beast and will in turn be rewarded by the boss, the ground beneath them suddenly collapses to everyone’s surprise with Bundus explaining that it’s because the aberrant beast is ready to take off, Bundus then challenges the two to see who’ll be alive by the time they cross the border, Bro and Dia get separated during the fall but Bro is able to use his Vital Instrument to pull Dia towards himself reassuring that they’ll get out of this alive and Bundus replies to that saying he’ll stop them from doing so and jumps from the falling debris to launch himself towards the two only for the 3 to find themselves inside of a falling car, Bundus panicks as they’re about to crash into more debris so he uses his Vital Instrument to destroy it before they crash and orders Bro to use his Vital Instrument to change the cars trajectory sending it flying into a pipe running into Enjin and Fu.[10] Bundus asks why he still hadn’t defeated his opponent yet, Fu explains that Enjin had refused to fight only to Bundus’s disappointment.
Brot changes car’s trajectory
Enjin then contacts Semiu Grier and explains the situation saying he’ll get all of the Cleaners back together, Bundus questions if he’s really gonna be able to inside an enormous Trash Beast, Enjin replies saying that it’s easy to put on a flashy show[11] and runs off to Bundus’s confusion and breaks through the wall using Umbreaker, Bundus asks how he could know the location of the others and if the janitors have some sort of technology to locate their allies but Bro denies it saying that Enjin’s hunches are usually accurate before running off after him.[12]
Bundus protects the core from Rudo’s attack
Later after the Cleaners reunite, Rudo tries to attack the Trash beast’s core by turning a nail gun into a Vital Instrument but Bundus breaks through the ground and stops the nails from reaching the core, he states that while he might not look it he’s actually a rookie and hadn’t yet completed his Raider training, Enjin and Riyo try to run past him to get to the core but Bundus reaches out his hands to stop the two, Bro and Dia join in to attack but Bundus releases 4 of his arms to fight off the 4 of them[13] with each hand being a counter to its respective opponents Vital Instrument which Bro is impressed by, Rudo then stops focusing 3R’s power on multiple objects and instead focuses it on the nail gun causing it to become as big as a canon,[14] Bundus focuses all of his hands on stopping the giant nail and ends up catching it only for Rudo to fire a second one breaking through and destroy Bundus’s hands.[15]
Rudo destroys Bundus’s Jinki
Bundus is upset that his hands are destroyed stating that it’s sad for something you care about to be destroyed even though he can fix them, Zodyl then informs him that it’s time to leave, Bundus says he hadn’t beaten anyone yet but Zodyl reassures him saying that he already knew what he was capable of, Bundus gets up and starts to walk away instantly restoring his arms to Rudo’s surprise explaining that all of his hands are built from the first prosthetic he used which acts as the core of the Vital Instrument allowing the arms to be fixed even if they are destroyed.[16]
Bundus leaves
As he’s about to leave Rudo demands to know what happened to Amo to which Bundus in surprise replies saying “so you really don’t know” before disappearing into Cthoni’s manhole.[17]
Once they reach the ground Bundus asks Zodyl what gave him the idea that he could cross the border using an imitation Aberrant Beast and Zodyl replies that it had the power of protection,[18]
Bundus is promoted to the Star team.
Bundus says the the experiment was failure since they lost the Trash beast, Fu and Noerde as well as the Watchman Series but Zodyl refutes him saying that it was a success and that he had determined that people could cross the border and live, Bundus is surprised as he thought that Zodyl was the type to never accept failure but Zodel replies that just a part of the experimentation process, Bundus the understands that he only sees the Cleaners as Guinea pigs and that they have it rough, Zodyl then says he’s already prepared another aberrant beast for their actual journey through the boder and that they’ll focus in strengthening that one, Cthoni comments that Noerde shows a lot of spirit and Zodyl agrees saying she was a fine specimen of a warrior, he then hands Bundus a reward that called “Undertaker Canis Surebrec” and says that he’s promoted to the Raiders front line and says he expects him to continue to use his power for the good of their Raider’s to Bundus’s pleasure, Bundus asks what his first order is as a member of the front line and Zodyl tells him that he suspects that a giver made the chokers and that the maker holds one of the Watchman Seeies, Bundus happily accepts and asks what will happen to the watchman series items that the Cleaners have and Zodyl answers that since it’s in the hands of the Cleaners it wouldn’t be difficult to find and steal them back stating that they’ll collect every part of the watchman series and power they hold and then head for the Sphere.[19]

like the other vandals Bundus is very loyal to Zodel following his every order without question, Zodel also holds respect towards Bundus as he acknowledges his abilities and prevents him from getting into situations beyond his capabilities.
Fu Orostor[]
the extent of Bundus’s relationship with Fu isn’t currently known but they are very familiar due to both being fellow rookies, Bundus also show’s disappointment towards Fu’s lack of self confidence and his inability to fight.
