Pen (ペン Pen) is Remlin Tysark’s Vital Instrument that allows her to create charms, it’s a succession Vital Instrument that’s passed down from the previous Spellcaster’s of Canvas Town.

Charms are made from the ink drawings and words created with it, and as such usually take on an inky/painty form. This can be via words, paintings or even tattoos. When in action, charms create huge blasts of light.
Usage[]
Charms can be used for a variety of reasons, but the main use is protection. A huge charm is casted over Canvas Town in order to stop those with bad intent from entering. A one time use charm was painted onto Rudo's back in order to keep him safe in Penta. Additionally, Charms can be used to put on big shows of light, such as Gob in the streets of Canvas Town or Remlin creating fire works from spray cans.
