Tamsy Caines (タムジー・ケインズ, Tamujī Keinzu) is a character in Gachiakuta. He is a member of the Eager faction of the Cleaners.
He is the traveler who can move between the Ground and the Sphere known as the Angel. A month ago prior to the story Tamsy visited Amo’s House and used it to fly to the Sphere along with an unknown companion to kill Regto and steal the Watchman Series Book for the ultimate goal of having Rudo break out of his “shell.”[Note 1] Due to his actions and profound plot involvement Tamsy can be considered a major antagonist of the series.

Appearance[]
Tamsy has a defining scar on the right side of his head, and more scarring on the left side of his neck, He has long hair usually tied up in a bun and two darker ponytails over his shoulders, but has also used a crocodile clip and looser hairstyles.

Personality[]
On the outside Tamsy is calm, often showing little emotion even in the midst of battle. He seems completely used to life in the Ground to the point of dismissive, saying “don’t let it get to you” and “don’t mind it” when discussing frequent deaths, however in actuality Tamsy is cruel and sadistic particularly towards Rudo who he manipulates.

Tokushin: A Distaff, it allows Tamsy to create a “Net” of threads to trap a large number of people, the more the opponent’s struggle the more tangled the thread gets making it extremely difficult to escape.[4] |
Spool: After catching his opponents with a net, Tamsy reels them into a spool completely immobilizing them.[5] |
Unravel: Tamsy can unravel the Spool at high speeds for an incredibly powerful attack, making the people stuck inside of the spool to slam into the ground with enough force to kill them.[6] |
Thread Clone: Tamsy can construct a humanoid winged creature out of his threads to attack opponents, as long as Tamsy is holding on to one of the threads he can control it from long distances.[7] |

- The only other character that was said to be capable of traveling between the Ground and Sphere was Canis Surebrec due to possessing every piece of the Watchman Series, Tamsy seems to be capable of traveling without them however.
